What this page is for
This page lets you see upcoming volunteer cart shifts and sign up for one. You don’t need to create an account.
How to sign up
- Enter the access code you were given once, when you first visit.
- Find a day on the calendar with an open shift.
- Tap the shift, type your first and last name, and confirm.
Your cancellation code
After you sign up, you’ll be shown a private cancellation code. This browser remembers it for you automatically. If you sign up from a different device, or clear your browser, save this code somewhere — it’s the only way to cancel your place from that device.
How to cancel
- Same device you signed up on: find your name on the shift and tap “Remove my name.”
- Different device, or code saved elsewhere: at the bottom of the schedule, tap “Remove my name with code” and enter your cancellation code.
Sign-up limits
To keep things fair, you can sign up for the same weekday up to 3 times in any 30 days, for example 3 Mondays in a row. A person may also hold up to 3 places on a single day. If you reach a limit, please choose another day or ask an organizer.
What the access code is for
The access code keeps this schedule private to our group. Once you enter it, this browser will remember it so you won’t need to enter it again.
Organizers
Organizers have a separate, private organizer code used only to add or remove shifts. It is different from the access code and is not needed for signing up.
